What We Manufacture
PacRim manages programs that combine plastics, metals, and electronics into finished parts and assemblies. Our team supports everything from low-volume productions to programs exceeding 500,000 assemblies annually, with no minimum order requirements.
We work across three core areas:
- Plastics: Injection molding, silicone molding, blow molding, rotational molding, extrusion, and CNC machining for plastics.
- Metals: CNC machining, sheet metal fabrication, stamping, extrusions, tube bending, weldments, castings, and magnets.
- Electronics & Assembly: PCBA, cable harnesses, displays, switches, and full box builds with functional testing.
Customers rely on PacRim to coordinate these processes under one program team. U.S.-based engineers and in-region supplier development keep tooling, production, and quality moving in step so parts arrive on time, in spec, and ready for the next stage of your build.
